How I can help

Coping with difficult relationships
When we're going through a tough period in our relationship, it can be a huge relief to talk to a non-bias third party. Someone who won't judge, but will gently challenge our assumptions when necessary.

Help with communication
Sometimes we find ourselves struggling to get our point across to our partner. All we want is to feel understood, but nothing seems to be getting through, and we feel like they'll just never 'get it'. The conversations go round in circles, and nothing ever gets resolved.

Recovery after breakup
When a relationship ends, we haven't just lost a partner; we're also grieving for the history we've built together, the effort we've put in, and the future we thought we'd have together. Rebuilding ourselves, and knowing what to do next can be daunting.

Rebuilding self-esteem
Whilst relationships can add a lot to our lives, unfortunately they can often cost a lot as well. Whether you've experienced a breach of trust, the end of a relationship, a reduction in intimacy, or you're struggling to connect the way you used to, it can often be a real blow to our self-esteem.

Breaking unhelpful patterns
So often we think we've made a fresh start, only to realise we've ended up in the same kind of toxic relationship all over again. Often we think there is something 'wrong' with us, but when we understand the needs and psychological processes behind the patterns, it's much easier to start choosing the right partners.
